About Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure requirements.
  • Design and implement efficient, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and customer expense.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist with required updates and out-of-hours maintenance as needed.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
Your Experience
  • Proven experience in supporting live systems, working with customers to fault-find and resolve issues within strict time constraints.
  • Strong understanding and navigation of Windows and Linux operating systems, with efficient fault-finding and debugging experience.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tooling (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
