We are Realtime Recruitment, a leading staffing agency with extensive experience in placing top talent in the tech industry. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.

This is a high-level technical role that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale production deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud GCP. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Develop standardized CI/CD pipelines with built-in quality gates, security, and cutting-edge tools and automation.
  • Lead and Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members in adopting DevOps principles, tools, and frameworks.
  • Drive Process Automation: Eliminate manual steps in application build and deployment, integrating compliance and quality gates.
  • Collaborate with Program Teams: Understand product development needs and guide teams in adopting DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Manage Production System Build, Release, and Configuration: Strong experience with Terraform to create infrastructure as code and Ansible to create configuration as code.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience designing, implementing CI/CD solutions, and DevOps practices. They will also have strong knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience:
  • CI/CD Experience: Proven experience with build and release processes and tools, including CI and deployment pipelines and hands-on knowledge of tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, GitHub, GitLab, SonarCube, Coverity, or similar.
  • Cloud Computing Experience: 6+ years of experience with cloud computing.
  • Version Control Experience: Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, and code branching principles.
