Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Abergavenny. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications and administer as required
- Cook and prepare hot meals
- Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
- Enhanced bank holiday rate of up to £24.00 per hour
