Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning and Wealth Management Support Specialist. This role will be based in Poole, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for hybrid working according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisers with annual client reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion of review packs.
  • Update client records accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with policy providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide first-class service to clients, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, paid birthday leave, and a staff discount platform.

Requirements
