Job Title: Kitchen Operative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Operative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Handle and store food products safely and hygienically.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and machinery with caution and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Good powers of concentration and observation, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
