Principal Biophysicist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medicinal Chemist to join our dynamic team at Peptone. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving medicinal chemistry projects and coordinating synthetic chemistry activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality small molecule development candidates within competitive timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivery in an industrial drug discovery environment, with a breadth/depth of experience in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry. They will be able to integrate project biology, DMPK, safety and toxicology data to enable successful hit-to-lead and lead optimization campaigns through outstanding molecular design.
