About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team in Haverfordwest. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals, ensuring their well-being and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including sleep shifts and additional hours during school holidays.

Working Conditions:
