Your Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front of House staff member to join our team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Front of House staff member, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a seamless customer journey from arrival to departure, ensuring their experience is second to none.
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with our kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food offering.
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct and accurate, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings to our customers, showcasing our expertise and knowledge.
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues to ensure we maintain our high standards.
  • Being a supportive and proactive team member, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results.
