Job Title: Head of Regulatory Affairs Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Regulatory Affairs Operations to join our team at Gilead Sciences, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global regulatory strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of global regulatory strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on regulatory matters, including interpretation of regulatory requirements and development of regulatory submissions.
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of regulatory training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all regulatory activities are conducted in accordance with Gilead's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams and projects in regulatory affairs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and trends.
