About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Menswear Team Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOP TEAM MEMBERS
  • CORRECTLY EMBED PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND INSPIRE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • EMBEDDING A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for fashion and retail. You will be expected to work closely with other teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
