About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a key member of our Personal Injury department, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Fast Track and Multi Track RTA & EL/PL cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury law, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling Fast Track and/or Multi Track RTA & EL/PL cases. You will be expected to work with limited supervision, but will benefit from full administrative, marketing, and paralegal support.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be a team player, with a proactive approach to case management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied caseload of Fast Track and Multi Track RTA & EL/PL cases
  • Work with limited supervision, but benefit from full administrative, marketing, and paralegal support
  • Build relationships with clients and colleagues, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage cases from start to finish, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Personal Injury law and best practice, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
