In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives, overseeing the accurate sortation of parcels, and ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met. You will also be expected to ensure company Confirmed At Depot (CAD) % is achieved and depot Throughput target is met in line with targeted tip time.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure CAD % is achieved.
  • Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
  • Oversee parcel sortation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced operation with excellent people management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: Multiple locations within the UK
