Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates Construction. As a key member of our construction, commercial, and H&S teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our civil engineering and groundworks projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and management, with experience in working with top 10 house builders in the East Midlands Region. You will be responsible for supporting the construction team through the management and communication of technical aspects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the construction team in the management and communication of technical aspects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Work closely with the H&S team to ensure that all projects are delivered in a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Strong background in site engineering and management
  • Experience working with top 10 house builders in the East Midlands Region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
