Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hireful. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling Sky services to customers by utilizing outbound data and inbound calls/warm transfers from other areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs while adhering to quality guidelines and scripting. In addition, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:- Sell Media Services directly to customers that are eligible.
- Meet individual/exceed targets and assist in meeting targets set for team and business unit.
- Approach each day as a fresh challenge and with an enthusiasm to deliver.
- Take ownership and responsibility of your workload and performance.
- Achieve or exceed target on all quality assessments.
- Effectively deal with and log complaints.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
- Computer Literate.
In terms of experience, we are looking for candidates who have a proven sales background and experience of regulated products, non advised/advised selling and or financial/insurance experience.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous commission structure and opportunities for career progression.
