**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Administrator to join our team at Huntress. As a Security Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the security team in their offices, ensuring the smooth operation of automated access control systems across the estate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer automated access control systems and collate and store personal information in accordance with data compliance.
  • Manage access requests, create and dispatch ID cards in accordance with HR vetting procedures.
  • Conduct tri-monthly audits of access control and monthly contractor access reviews.
  • Monitor compliance and conformance with business separation requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with the security team, authorised persons, HR, and the wider business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Experience in the security sector, with a strong understanding of data protection and personnel information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Working Arrangements:

As a part-time Security Administrator, you will work 2 days per week (14 hours) with flexible hours. Your training will take place in Ashford for the first few weeks, before moving to our offices in Horley.

Remuneration:

You will be paid between £15-18 per hour, dependent on experience.
