Heavy Plant Maintenance Technician

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced Heavy Plant Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and repair of OEM branded equipment, conducting diagnostics and inspections, and having technical competence in diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy construction plant repair, with experience working on bulldozers, dump trucks, excavators, graders, and loading shovels. They will also possess NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Key responsibilities include inspecting and preparing equipment for maintenance and repairs, conducting diagnostics and inspections to identify issues, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
