We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to support our compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.

The successful candidate will ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time and to ensure the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of the service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence
  • Ensure compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time
  • Identify alternative solutions to a problem and maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Develop through self-directed learning and access to further qualifications and courses

Requirements:

  • Meet SLA's and weekly targets
  • Possess exceptional telephone and email communication skills
  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Excel experience is desirable
