Exciting Graduate Engineer Opportunity

Talent Curve Recruitment is working with a well-established engineering firm based in County Derry to find a motivated Graduate Engineer to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills across various engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities in relation to engineering systems and processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and reports.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and commissioning of new systems and processes.
  • Work with the production and quality teams to ensure systems meet performance and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
