Job Summary:
The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all accommodation aspects for our adult colleges, ensuring that suitable provisions are made and maintaining a great working relationship with accommodation providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for admissions and sales teams when it comes to any accommodation requests.
- Have the overview of all nominated rooms and inform the Admissions and Accommodation Manager of any voids in advance so that a plan to fill them can be formulated and revenue is maximised.
- Source ad hoc residential options when allocated rooms are full.
- Work with providers and college teams to ensure complaints are limited and quality of accommodation provided to students is the best in the industry.
- Deal effectively with arising challenges, resolving complaints and escalating issues to the Admissions and Accommodation Manager.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in accommodation and/or hospitality.
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent in English.
