We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
