Description

  • Delivery of monthly management and financial accounts to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Consolidation of monthly and annual accounts to provide a clear view of the company's financial performance.
  • Closure of years trading, balancing of ledgers, and production of annual Statutory Accounts with Auditors to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison with banks and external accounting firms to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Analysis and understanding of business operations to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks.
  • Preparation of tax calculations to ensure accurate tax submissions and minimize liabilities.
  • Development and strengthening of internal controls to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
  • Presentation of profit summary and cash analysis to the Board on a monthly basis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Control and management of business systems to provide insights and challenges to senior managers.
  • Leadership and management of a team to provide guidance and support.
