Sail Sport and Team Building Coach

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sail Sport and Team Building Coaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering sail sport, paddle sport, land-based, and team-building activities, including overnight stays. This role requires you to have the ability to lead and instruct others, ensuring that all participants receive high-quality outdoor experiences. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Paddle UK core coaching and leading sea kayak sessions
  • Touring leadership and instruction

Buzz Active offers Continual Professional Development (CPD) opportunities through in-house and externally sourced instructor training courses. This includes opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications in areas such as archery, climbing, and bush craft. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per year.
