Chef de Partie Job Description

We're seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at The Mytton and Mermaid, Atcham. If you're a culinary enthusiast looking for a vibrant kitchen to call home, this role is perfect for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
• Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

About You:

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie, you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
