Senior Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory and Client Relationship Manager with REACH experience to work closely with global clients in the chemical and related industries.

This role offers a unique blend of client interaction and technical expertise, allowing you to build your career while making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
  • Drive Client Success: Support clients' regulatory compliance, assist with necessary paperwork, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Expand Your Network: Represent the company at external conferences, trade shows, and marketing events, connecting with industry professionals and contributing to business development efforts.
  • Enjoy a Collaborative Environment: Lead a team of regulatory experts, sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and collaborating to deliver exceptional client service.

You will be assisting with registration dossier authoring and related works, Chemical Safety Assessments and Chemical safety reports and assignment classification for relevant projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of a degree in a scientific subject, preferably chemistry.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including demonstrable experience working with REACH regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a genuine desire to assist and support.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients at all levels and build strong rapport.
  • Prior experience in a compliance-related role within a relatable industry.
  • Experience with SAP systems would be beneficial for managing data and generating reports efficiently.
  • Experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems would demonstrate your commitment to quality and process improvement.
  • A Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor certification would highlight your expertise in handling dangerous goods and commitment to safety.

This role offers a competitive salary between £55K-£65K (€64K-€76K) with annual reviews, 28 days holiday, early finish on a Friday, 5% pension contributions, and the option to work from home.
