Job Opportunity

Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Dunelm's coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our coffee shops by providing excellent customer service, preparing a wide range of food and beverages, and developing and upholding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our coffee shops
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation, or willingness to learn
