About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador & Merchandising Specialist to join our regional team in the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Staffordshire areas.

This role involves improving and maintaining brand and retail standards in a set geographical area, as well as nurturing relationships with our retailer partners to drive engagement and grow sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising and Replenishment: Manage merchandising and replenishment of COOK products in-store, ensuring optimal display and stock levels.
  • Store Visits and Feedback: Conduct regular store visits to provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Retailer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Operations and Administration: Maintain accurate records and data, and perform administrative tasks such as ordering and invoicing.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile, unlimited.
