We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Dealing Services Team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to your team, ensuring we achieve specific team objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound telephony for AJ Bell products
- Ensure all complaints are communicated in line with agreed processes
- Ensure FCA regulations are complied with at all times
- Ensure internal and group service level agreements (SLAs) are met in full
- Investigate and resolve queries/issues by liaising with areas of the business ensuring standards and timelines are met
- Produce and deliver monthly MI to track service levels
- Manage and develop staff to ensure consistent quality of client service
- Experience within an equity and collectives trading environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English
- Knowledge of shares and unit trusts
- Specific technical working knowledge of a telephony contact centre environment
- Sound knowledge of telephony services, call management and service level environments
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Experience in the leadership and development of others
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
