Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a District Nursing Sister/Team Leader to manage and lead the District Nursing Team based in Holyhead.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the district nursing team, supporting team members and working closely with other Health and Social Care colleagues, Unscheduled Care, and out-of-hours Community Nursing Services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide effective, high-quality care, leading the District Nurse Team as part of the community resource team.
