Elderly Companion

We are seeking a kind-hearted and compassionate Elderly Companion to join our team at Bluebird Care. As an Elderly Companion, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and provide them with the support and companionship they need to live independently in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. We offer a competitive salary of £12.48-£14 per hour, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits, including access to funded Blue Light Card membership and 28 days' paid holiday (pro rata).

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
• Accompany clients on outings and activities
• Administer medication as required
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals

• A valid UK driving license
• Access to a car/vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• No experience is necessary as full training is provided
• An excellent level of English
