Job Description

Protocol Education is seeking a Graduate Intern Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Graduate Intern Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering 1:1 and small group intervention programs in Maths or English.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 and small group intervention programs in Maths or English to students.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and achievements.
  • Support students with diverse needs, including Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, and disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Support students' educational, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist individuals and groups inside and outside the classroom.
  • Contribute to student behaviour management and promote independent learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, colleagues, and parents/carers.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Good level of English and Maths (GCSE grade C or above).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
