Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
- Compile and present sales reports to senior management to inform business decisions
- Identify areas for improvement and develop contingency plans to address underperformance
- Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss telesales strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage staff attrition through clear communication and staff development
- Create and implement bonus plans and sales incentives to motivate team members
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B cold calling environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with data and analytics
