As a Medical Software Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and technical publications, to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- To collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- To develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- To monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from plan.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience working with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
