Store Manager Role
Sunglass Hut is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely restocking.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging in-store experience.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
