Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant - Domestic to join our team at Bloomcare Group Limited. As a Care Assistant - Domestic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and serving, and light housekeeping
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care environment, preferably in a domestic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
