Family Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Legal Southwest.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer to take on a challenging and rewarding role in matrimonial dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in divorce and separation, including financial settlements, co-habitation disputes, and child custody cases.

• Assisting clients with divorce and separation proceedings
• Representing clients in court for financial settlements and co-habitation disputes
• Providing expert advice on child custody and contact arrangements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for the right candidate, along with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
