Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our EMEA Distribution Centre team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders within agreed service levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are packaged in an appropriate manner, meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Verify orders for correct parts and quantities, and complete product documentation correctly and to compliant standards.
- Utilize mobile devices to pick orders accurately, efficiently, and with high quality.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and report any stock discrepancies.
- Proactively identify and report quality defects and inaccuracies to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Store stock in an appropriate condition, particularly for sterile parts and electromagnetic sensitivities.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in health and safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
