About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for young people with Autism. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence, knowledge, and skills to unlock their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised support to young people with Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  • Support young people with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and therapies to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with young people with Autism or similar needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
