Laundry Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Laundry Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily laundry operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all laundry products meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all laundry equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order at all times.
- Supply Management: Manage the inventory and ordering of all laundry supplies, ensuring that we have a sufficient stock to meet the needs of our guests and crew.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of laundry staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all laundry products are delivered to the highest standard, meeting the expectations of our guests and contributing to their overall satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure that all laundry operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training in the laundry field preferred.
- Language: Ability to read and interpret English language documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
