Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, delivering exceptional service quality.
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Proactively participate in business development initiatives to support the firm's growth plans.
  • Ensure departmental targets are met while maintaining excellence in service delivery.

We offer a salary bracket of £45,000 to £65,000, reflecting your experience and dedication. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, with three days spent in our vibrant office environment and two days enjoying the freedom of working from home.
