Job Description

Liaise with clients to establish project requirements and create accurate quotes for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product cost lists and market information.
  • Calculate required area for cladding products from drawings.
  • Create quotes by finding relevant product costs, adding margin, and providing accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with senior estimators and technical managers.
  • Provide product training and support.
Requirements:
  • Background in the construction industry, preferably with façade or fenestration knowledge.
  • Experience in pricing or estimating with strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
