About the Role

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects in the North of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the review of progress, budget resources, forward planning, and lookahead programmes are carried out
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects
  • Chair and attend internal and external meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Procure materials and engage subcontractors to support project delivery
  • Ensure site teams are compliant with commercial policies and procedures
  • Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to site teams
  • Produce and analyze progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts
