Job Title: Residential Planning Consultant

Salary: £30k - £40k per annum, dependent on experience.

We are seeking a skilled Residential Planning Consultant to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering planning solutions for residential projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with planning regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing planning strategies for residential projects
  • Liaising with stakeholders and other interested parties
  • Negotiating with developers and other professionals
  • Assessing planning applications and monitoring outcomes

You will have:

  • A Chartered status with development management experience
  • Relevant recognised qualifications
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Excellent project delivery skills
