About the Role

At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live-in care and support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and medication reminders.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and autonomy.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other errands as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a live-in setting.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and DBS clearance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
