Salary
We offer competitive salaries, with hourly rates starting from £11.44 for those aged 21+, £10.84 for those aged 18-20, and £7.27 for those aged 16-17. You will also receive a quarterly bonus incentive.
Job Description
As a Food Service Team Member at KFC, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing food, handling cash, cleaning, and maintaining food safety standards. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delight our guests by optimising guest experience, handling cash, cleaning, and maintaining food safety.
- Run the middle of house by managing food prep and cleaning, with top communication, speed & accuracy, all whilst maintaining food safety.
- Create that finger lickin' chicken by preparing food, cleaning, communicating with your team, and maintaining food safety.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing great customer service. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts.
