About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Health Services Laboratories. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and budget allocation.

Your primary focus will be on defining the scope of projects, ensuring project phases and targets are completed on schedule and within budget. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure open and effective communication, and build relationships with trusts, estates teams, external contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring resource availability and budget allocation
  • Define project scope, ensuring project phases and targets are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Manage and delegate projects to team members, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and implementing new project streams as needed
  • Meet budgetary objectives, adjusting as required
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
