About the Role:
As a skilled Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's construction projects. With a strong background in interacting with diverse clients, you will be responsible for conducting cost estimates, managing project budgets, and reviewing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting cost estimates for construction projects.
2. Managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
3. Reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
4. Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
5. Providing financial advice and recommendations to project managers.
6. Assessing and valuing variations to the contract.
7. Resolving any financial disputes that may arise during the project.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in construction technology.
9. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
