Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator to oversee SQL Server databases across various environments, from development to live production.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SQL backups, restores, and replication, as well as configuring and maintaining database servers and processes to ensure system health, performance, availability, and security.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in MS SQL Server Administration
  • Strong understanding of relational database design
  • Proficient in performance tuning and optimization, utilizing tools like SQL Server Profiler
  • Expertise in backups, restores, and recovery models
  • Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for SQL Server
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

This is a pivotal role in our database team, and the successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our SQL Server systems.
