We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our multi-award-winning Apprenticeship scheme as a Customer Experience Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

As a Customer Experience Professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to remain calm under pressure, will enable you to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
