Accounting and Administrative Support

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager, including managing the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control. You will also be involved in bank and cash reconciliation, managing expenses, and maintaining the vehicle fleet. Additionally, you will assist with contract renewal and write customer reports.

This is an office-based role with flexible working hours, suitable for someone looking to work 15-25 hours per week. No specific system experience is required, as our client uses a bespoke in-house accounting system. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
