Business Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Acton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our office staff, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing Microsoft Office software.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing your excellent organizational skills.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You should have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude.
